Cathal Minihane - Partner
Cathal qualified as a solicitor in 2002 having graduated from the University of Limerick with a BA in Law and Accounting. In 2008 he was awarded a Master of Laws by NUI Galway, graduating with first class honours. He is also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors for England and Wales and is an accredited mediator.
Cathal has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, in particular, personal injury litigation, judicial review and medical law. Cathal acts for clients who have been injured in road traffic accidents, who have been injured in the workplace or a public place or who have been harmed by negligent medical practice. Cathal has a record of achieving excellent results for his clients.
Cathal also has extensive experience in dealing with complex private client family law matters. Cathal acts in high-net-worth cases, often with an international element and involving substantial business assets, disputes concerning children - particularly leave to remove.
